Join us for Inner Tapestries on Monday evenings - Enjoy MBAT (mindfulness-based art therapy), where psychology and art merge to increase health and well-being, while decreasing stress, anxiety, and depression. MBAT combines mindful awareness with creative practice. It’s a way of engaging in the creative process that invites you to slow down and bring your full attention to your present moment experience. MBAT orients you towards your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations through the use of creativity. In this hour long session, you will use mindfulness and creativity to develop skills to notice, accept and compassionately witness yourself and your experiences.
